1. General Policy
Course fees and other payments are subject to the specific refund terms communicated at the time of registration. Please review the applicable course details before completing payment.
2. Cancellation Before Course Commencement
Where a refund is permitted for a particular course or offer, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@digitalbhartia.com before the applicable cut-off communicated at the time of enrolment. Eligibility and any applicable deductions will be reviewed against the transaction and course terms.
3. After Course Commencement
Once a learner has received access to course content, attended classes, downloaded protected materials, or the course has commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable course terms.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, contact us promptly with the transaction reference, date, amount and registered contact details so that the payment can be verified.
5. Payment Gateway Processing
Payments may be processed through Cashfree. If a transaction fails but your bank account is debited, the payment may be subject to the payment provider or banking system’s settlement/reversal process. We will assist with transaction verification where necessary.
6. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider, bank and transaction method.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests that fall outside the applicable course-specific cancellation window.
- Change of mind after course access or commencement where the applicable terms do not permit a refund.
- Failure to attend classes or use course resources, unless a separate written commitment provides otherwise.
- Fees for services already fully delivered, where applicable.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email info@digitalbhartia.com with your full name, registered email/phone number, payment date, amount and transaction/reference number. We may request additional information to verify the transaction.
